Flowers Boy

Hi, there! Beautiful colors in this piece, I love the small shapes of colors and flowers patterns in the background. I also enjoy the simple design of your character. Your hands and shoes are also off to a very good start, as with your clothing. 

The first I noticed that seemed to be off is the bent legs under the characters. The lower leg is much, much longer than the thigh. Legs are actually the same length in both parts, with the heel usually touching the butt. The hips should be touching the ground in this pose, as well. The arms laid over their hips are also lacking a dynamic, but I understand how hard foreshortening is. 

The proportions in your profiles of the face are excellent, but the noses are a little flattened into the face. Shoulders and thickness of arms are another hard thing to master, but my best recommendation is to not be afraid to look for references.
